Dedicated Elected Representatives
Collins House has a seven member Owners Corporation Committee who have been elected at the Annual General Meeting to make decisions regarding the direction of the building on behalf of all owners. The Committee Chair liases with CLLIX on a regular basis to ensure the Committee's wishes are conveyed and implemented in the best interest of owners and residents.
Collins House is a private residential building. Its amenities are provided by the Owners of the building to give a premium experience that is consistent with the image and location of our unique Collins Street address.
